We want everyone to be able to use this website and our mortgage services in Ontario.

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, in line with Ontario's accessibility standards under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

What we have done to make this website accessible

  • Every page works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
  • Text and buttons meet colour-contrast guidelines in both light and dark mode.
  • Forms have labels, clear error messages and do not time out.
  • Calculator results are announced to screen readers as they change.
  • Pages resize to 200% and work on phones without sideways scrolling.
