About Stonefield Mortgage, an Ontario mortgage brokerage

Stonefield Mortgage operates in Ontario as a trade name of Stonefield Capital Inc., FSRA mortgage brokerage licence #13722, and is based at 4-60 Granton Drive, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 2N6. We work with many lenders: banks, credit unions, trust companies, monoline lenders, private lenders. We look for the mortgage that fits each client's situation and plans, and we stay with each application until closing.

We aim to make getting a mortgage clear and calm. Before we recommend a mortgage, we look at your income, your savings and your plans for the next few years. We explain the trade-offs of each option, and the decision stays yours.

David Steinfeld is the brokerage's principal broker and a licensed mortgage broker. Daniel Ilmer, Mark Freedman and Steven Steinfeld are licensed mortgage agents, level 1, with this brokerage.
